This blog is a new venture for me! I am starting it to help meet all my goals.
Post One
Summer Goals for the upcoming school year!
1. Plan
2. Organize
3. Reflect
4. Purge
5. Set Goals
6. Create & Develop
7. Research
8. Spend quality family time together
9. Clean and organize my house!!
10. Budget and Plan bills to eliminate debt
11. Prepare my children for a new school year
If I try the work backwards model....... I am standing in a well-organized classroom that is an exciting place for my students to learn each and every day. I am able to easily gather resources, update my teaching materials, and meet the needs of my students. My team planning sessions are very productive where we share, collaborate, and grow together as a grade level team. As a professional I am able to set goals and meet them myself as well as help my students do the exact same thing as the year progresses. My TPT store will increase in size with quality products as I set regular time aside to create and develop, especially when the inspiration hits me throughout the school year. I will carve out regular time to spend with my family where I set work aside, feeling caught up and prepared at the same time. My home will be clean and organized, preferably by a professional, but at least regularly and thoroughly. My bills will be paid, I will continue to carve away at debt, and I will look forward to mini vacations and/or larger vacations that are saved for. My children will go into the school year prepared and with regular updates they will continue to excel and achieve their highest potential.
This blog will help me reflect, organize, and keep track of goal attainment. I will regularly check in, log progress, and hopefully come closer than ever before to "working smarter, not harder" professionally and personally!!
